Science of Wellbeing – course
A free course developed by Laurie Santos Professor of Psychology in Yale University. This course engages students in a series of challenges designed to increase their own happiness and build more productive habits. The Authentic Happiness website is developed by the Positive Psychology Center. Dr. Martin E. P. Seligman is the Director of the Center, and a Professor of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania
The purpose of the website is to provide free resources where people can learn about Positive Psychology through readings, videos, research, opportunities, conferences, questionnaires with feedback and more. There is no charge for the use of the site. If you would like to take the questionnaires, you first need to register.

Contemplative Practices cultivate a critical, first-person focus, sometimes with direct experience as the object, while at other times concentrating on complex ideas or situations. Incorporated into daily life, they act as a reminder to connect to what we find most meaningful.
